When you create an account or submit a request, we collect your name, email address, and the task data you enter — including task names, notes, deadlines, assignee details, and any files you upload. This data is stored securely in our database (Supabase) and is only accessible to you and the people you assign tasks to.
We use your data solely to provide the GetDebriefD service. This includes displaying your requests on your dashboard, sending email notifications about task updates, approvals, and summaries to you and your team members. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with any third parties beyond what is necessary to operate the service.
GetDebriefD uses the following third-party services to operate:
Supabase — authentication and database storage. Your account credentials and task data are stored on Supabase infrastructure.
Resend — transactional email delivery. Email addresses are passed to Resend only when sending notifications you have opted into.
Cloudflare — content delivery and serverless functions. Requests to our API pass through Cloudflare's network.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, contact us at the address below and we will process your request within 30 days. Uploaded files are stored in Supabase Storage and are deleted when you remove a task or close your account.

By creating an account or using GetDebriefD, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
GetDebriefD is a marketing request management tool designed to help small teams submit, track, and approve creative and marketing tasks. The service is currently in beta. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time without notice.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to use GetDebriefD for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious files, to impersonate others, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
GetDebriefD is a beta product. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability of the service. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions. We recommend keeping your own records of critical task information.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe a user has violated these terms or is using the service in a way that harms other users or the platform. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
GetDebriefD — including its design, code, branding, and functionality — is owned by GetDebriefD and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of the data and content you submit through the platform. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetDebriefD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any).
